Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of AIinBangla.com and every course, e-book,
download and service purchased through it. By creating an account or
making a purchase, you agree to them.

1. Who you are contracting with

AIinBangla.com is operated by NShamimPRO, a sole
proprietorship registered in Bangladesh. AIinBangla and BanglaCodes are
sister concerns of NShamimPRO.

2. What we sell

We sell digital educational products: online video courses, e-books,
downloadable templates and prompt libraries, and live one-to-one coaching
sessions. All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated
otherwise, and include applicable taxes where these apply.

3. Your account

You must give accurate information when registering.
One account is for one person. Course access is personal and non-transferable.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
Sharing your login, or distributing course material, will result in
immediate termination of access without refund.

4. Payment

All online payments are processed by SSLCommerz.
Access is granted once payment is confirmed.
We do not store your card or wallet credentials at any point.
If a payment fails but money leaves your account, contact us with your
transaction ID and we will resolve it as a priority.

5. Delivery

Digital products: instant access. Login details are
emailed immediately after payment confirmation, and in all cases within 24 hours.
Live sessions: scheduled within 3 working days of purchase.
Physical items (if any): Inside Dhaka – 5 working days.
Outside Dhaka – 10 working days.

6. Refunds

Every purchase carries a 3-day money-back guarantee. Approved refunds are
returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working

7. Intellectual property

All course videos, written material, templates, prompts and downloads
remain the property of NShamimPRO. When you buy a course you receive a
personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use that
material for your own learning and your own business.

You may not:

Download, record, copy or redistribute course videos
Share your login with anyone else
Resell, sublicense or republish our material, in whole or in part
Use our material to build a competing course
Remove any copyright or attribution notice

You may: use everything you learn, including our
templates and prompts, in your own work and for your own clients.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site or its material to:

Break any law of Bangladesh or of your own country
Create content that impersonates a real person without consent
Produce deceptive, defamatory or fraudulent material
Infringe anyone else’s intellectual property
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

9. No income guarantee

Our courses teach skills and methods. We do not guarantee any
particular income, result or outcome. What you achieve depends on
your own effort, time, skill, market conditions and factors outside our
control. Any figures, examples or case studies shown are illustrations of
what has been possible, not promises of what you will earn.

10. Not professional advice

Our content is educational. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial,
medical or investment advice. Where we discuss tax, banking regulation,
contracts or compliance, we are giving general information so you know
what questions to ask. Consult a qualified professional for your own
situation.

11. Third-party tools and platforms

Our courses teach the use of AI tools, platforms and services operated by
other companies. Those tools change, and sometimes shut down, without
notice. We update our material periodically but we cannot guarantee that
every tool shown will remain available, priced the same, or behave
identically. We are not responsible for the terms, pricing, availability
or conduct of any third-party service.

12. Third-party advertising

This website does not carry third-party advertisements. We do not share
customer information with advertisers.

13. Availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times, but we may suspend access
for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We will give
notice of planned downtime where practical.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or
connected with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that
purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including
lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunity.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms,
particularly where course material has been shared or redistributed. In
such cases no refund is due.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change.
Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute is subject
to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

৩. আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট

রেজিস্ট্রেশনে সঠিক তথ্য দিতে হবে
একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট একজনের জন্য। কোর্স অ্যাক্সেস হস্তান্তরযোগ্য না
পাসওয়ার্ড নিরাপদ রাখার দায়িত্ব আপনার
লগইন শেয়ার করলে বা কনটেন্ট বিতরণ করলে অ্যাক্সেস সাথে সাথে ক্যান্সেল, রিফান্ড ছাড়াই

৪. পেমেন্ট

সব অনলাইন পেমেন্ট SSLCommerz এর মাধ্যমে
পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হলেই অ্যাক্সেস চালু
আপনার কার্ড বা ওয়ালেটের তথ্য আমরা কখনো সেভ করি না
টাকা কেটে গিয়েও অ্যাক্সেস না পেলে ট্রানজেকশন আইডি সহ জানান, অগ্রাধিকার ভিত্তিতে সমাধান হবে

৬. রিফান্ড

প্রতিটা কেনায় ৩ দিনের মানি-ব্যাক গ্যারান্টি। অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড মূল পেমেন্ট
মাধ্যমে ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবসে ফেরত যায়। বিস্তারিত
রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড পলিসিতে।

৭. মেধাস্বত্ব

সব ভিডিও, লেখা, টেমপ্লেট, প্রম্পট আর ডাউনলোড NShamimPRO এর সম্পত্তি।
কোর্স কিনলে আপনি ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহারের একটি লাইসেন্স পাবেন।

যা করা যাবে না: ভিডিও ডাউনলোড, রেকর্ড, কপি বা বিতরণ;
লগইন শেয়ার; কনটেন্ট পুনঃবিক্রি বা পুনঃপ্রকাশ; আমাদের কনটেন্ট দিয়ে
প্রতিযোগী কোর্স বানানো।

যা করা যাবে: যা শিখেছেন সেটা নিজের কাজে আর নিজের
ক্লায়েন্টের কাজে ব্যবহার করা, টেমপ্লেট আর প্রম্পট সহ।

৮. গ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহার

এই সাইট বা এর কনটেন্ট ব্যবহার করে করা যাবে না: আইন ভঙ্গ; অনুমতি ছাড়া
কোনো আসল মানুষের ছদ্মবেশ ধারণ; প্রতারণামূলক বা মানহানিকর কনটেন্ট তৈরি;
অন্যের মেধাস্বত্ব লঙ্ঘন; আমাদের সিস্টেমে অননুমোদিত প্রবেশের চেষ্টা।

৯. ইনকামের কোনো নিশ্চয়তা নাই

আমাদের কোর্স স্কিল আর মেথড শেখায়। আমরা কোনো নির্দিষ্ট ইনকাম বা
রেজাল্টের নিশ্চয়তা দিই না। ফল নির্ভর করে আপনার প্রচেষ্টা, সময়,
স্কিল আর বাজার পরিস্থিতির উপর। কোনো সংখ্যা বা উদাহরণ দেখানো হলে সেটা
কী সম্ভব তার স্যাম্পল, আপনি কী পাবেন তার প্রতিশ্রুতি না।

১০. পেশাদার পরামর্শ নয়

আমাদের কনটেন্ট শিক্ষামূলক। এটা আইনি, কর, হিসাব, আর্থিক, চিকিৎসা বা
বিনিয়োগ পরামর্শ নয়। কর, ব্যাংকিং নিয়ম বা কন্ট্রাক্ট নিয়ে আলোচনা করলে সেটা
সাধারণ তথ্য, যাতে আপনি জানেন কোন প্রশ্ন করতে হবে। নিজের ক্ষেত্রে
একজন যোগ্য পেশাদারের পরামর্শ নিন।

১১. তৃতীয় পক্ষের টুল

আমাদের কোর্সে অন্য কোম্পানির AI টুল শেখানো হয়। সেই টুলগুলো বদলায়,
কখনো বন্ধও হয়ে যায়, আগে না জানিয়েই। আমরা নিয়মিত আপডেট করি, কিন্তু
প্রতিটা টুল সবসময় একই থাকবে সেটার নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারি না।

১২. তৃতীয় পক্ষের বিজ্ঞাপন

এই ওয়েবসাইটে তৃতীয় পক্ষের বিজ্ঞাপন নাই। বিজ্ঞাপনদাতার সাথে কাস্টমারের
তথ্য শেয়ার করা হয় না।

১৩. দায়সীমা

আইন যতটা অনুমতি দেয়, আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ দায় আপনি যে পরিমাণ টাকা দিয়েছেন
সেই পরিমাণেই সীমাবদ্ধ।

১৪. প্রযোজ্য আইন

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত। যেকোনো বিরোধ ঢাকার
আদালতের এখতিয়ারভুক্ত।
