We are confident in the quality of our courses, e-books and resources.
We want you to enrol without risk. So every purchase carries a
3-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.
How it works
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or you decide
the course is not right for you, you may request a full refund within
3 days (72 hours) of the time of purchase. We will not
ask you to justify your decision.
Conditions
- The refund request must reach us within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase.
- Requests received after 72 hours cannot be accepted.
- Once a refund is processed, your access to the course ends automatically.
- The request must come from the email address registered on the order.

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method
used for the purchase. If you paid by card, the amount is credited back to
that card. If you paid by mobile wallet, it returns to that wallet.
The final leg of the timeline depends on your bank or wallet provider’s
own processing cycle, which is outside our control. In our experience most
refunds land well within 10 working days.
How to request a refund

Refund Request – [Course Name] – [Order/Transaction ID]
Step 3. Include the following in the email:
- Your full name
- The email address used to make the purchase
- Proof of payment (transaction ID or screenshot)
- The name of the course or product
- Optional: the reason for your request. This is not required,
but it helps us improve.
Digital products and returns
All products sold on AIinBangla.com are digital: online
courses, e-books, downloadable templates, and live coaching sessions.
Nothing is physically shipped, so there is nothing to send back. A refund
simply revokes your access and returns your money.
If a physical item is ever supplied
Should we supply any physical item as part of an order, it may be returned
unused and in its original condition within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping is arranged by us where the item was faulty or incorrect,
and by the customer otherwise. Once the returned item reaches us, the
refund is issued within 7 to 10 working days.
Delivery timeline
- Digital courses, e-books and downloads: instant access.
Login details are emailed immediately after payment confirmation, and
in all cases within 24 hours. - Live 1-to-1 sessions: scheduled within 3 working days
of purchase, at a time agreed with you. - Physical items (if any): Inside Dhaka – 5 working days.
Outside Dhaka – 10 working days.
When a refund may be declined
We may decline a refund request in these situations:
- The request arrives more than 72 hours after purchase
- We have evidence that course material has been downloaded in bulk,
redistributed, shared or resold - The same customer has previously requested refunds on multiple purchases
- The account has violated our Terms and Conditions
If we decline a request, we will tell you why in writing.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money left your account but you did not receive access, or you were
charged twice, email us immediately with your transaction ID. Duplicate
and failed-transaction refunds are processed as a priority, and returned
to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
Before you request a refund
Sometimes a small technical problem makes a course feel like the wrong fit.
If you are having trouble accessing the course, playing a video, or using a
tool we demonstrate, please write to our support team first. We would much
rather solve the problem than lose you.

ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট ও রিটার্ন
AIinBangla.com এর সব প্রোডাক্টই ডিজিটাল: অনলাইন কোর্স, ই-বুক,
ডাউনলোডযোগ্য টেমপ্লেট, আর লাইভ সেশন। কিছুই কুরিয়ারে পাঠানো হয় না, তাই ফেরত
পাঠানোরও কিছু নাই। রিফান্ড মানে অ্যাক্সেস ক্যান্সেল আর টাকা ফেরত।
কখনো কোনো ফিজিক্যাল জিনিস দেওয়া হলে, সেটা অব্যবহৃত অবস্থায় ডেলিভারির
