AIinBangla.com is operated by NShamimPRO, a sole
proprietorship registered in Bangladesh. AIinBangla and BanglaCodes are
sister concerns of NShamimPRO.

1. What we collect

- Anything you write to us in an email, message or support request

- IP address and approximate location (country or city level)

- Pages visited on this site and time spent
- How you arrived at this site (search, social link, direct)
- Which course lessons you have opened, so we can show your progress
What we do NOT collect
We never see, receive or store your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP,
or mobile wallet PIN. Payments are handled entirely inside
SSLCommerz. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded or
failed, along with a transaction reference.
2. Why we collect it
- To deliver the course, e-book or service you paid for
- To create and maintain your account and course access
- To send your invoice and access details
- To answer your support questions
- To send you updates about courses you own, and, if you opted in, occasional educational emails
- To detect and prevent fraud and account sharing
- To understand which lessons people find useful, so we can improve them
3. Payment processing
All online payments on this site are processed by SSLCommerz,
a payment gateway licensed in Bangladesh. When you pay, you are taken to
a secure SSLCommerz page over an encrypted connection.
SSLCommerz handles your card or mobile wallet credentials under its own
privacy policy and under the rules of the relevant card networks and
banks. AIinBangla.com does not have access to those credentials at any
point, before, during or after the transaction.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies keep you logged in and keep items in your cart. The site cannot function without these.
- Analytics cookies tell us which pages are visited and how long people stay, in aggregate.
- Advertising and measurement cookies let us measure the performance of our own marketing campaigns.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block
essential cookies, login and checkout will not work.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
We share the minimum necessary information with these categories of service provider, solely so the service can function:
- Payment gateway so your payment can be processed
- Web hosting provider which stores the site and its database
- Email delivery service so we can send your access details and invoices
- Analytics provider which receives usage data
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so
by a competent authority in Bangladesh, or where it is necessary to
establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
6. Third-party advertising
This website does not host third-party advertisements.
We do not allow external advertisers to place ads on our pages, and we do
not share customer information with advertisers.
7. How long we keep your information
- Account and course access records: for as long as your account exists, since our courses carry lifetime access
- Transaction and invoice records: retained as required for accounting and tax purposes
- Support emails: up to 2 years
- Marketing email list: until you unsubscribe
8. Your rights
You may contact us at any time to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your account and personal data
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails (there is also a link at the bottom of every such email)
- Object to how we are using your information

Please note that if you ask us to delete your account, your access to any
purchased course ends at that point and cannot be restored.
9. Data security
This site runs over HTTPS. Accounts are password protected and payment
processing is delegated entirely to a licensed gateway. We limit internal
access to customer data to those who need it to provide support.
No method of transmission or storage on the internet is completely secure.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but we cannot
guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and do
not share your account.
10. Children
Our courses are intended for adults and for students under the supervision
of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information
from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information,
contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this
page shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be announced by
email to registered users.

১. আমরা কী তথ্য নিই
আপনি যা দেন: নাম, ইমেইল, মোবাইল নম্বর, প্রয়োজনে বিলিং ঠিকানা,
এবং আপনি যা লিখে পাঠান।
স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে যা আসে: আইপি ঠিকানা, আনুমানিক অবস্থান,
ব্রাউজার ও ডিভাইসের ধরন, কোন পেজে গিয়েছেন, কোন লেসন দেখেছেন।
যা আমরা কখনো নিই না: আপনার কার্ড নম্বর, সিভিভি, পিন, ওটিপি

- সাপোর্ট ইমেইল: ২ বছর পর্যন্ত
- মার্কেটিং লিস্ট: আপনি আনসাবস্ক্রাইব না করা পর্যন্ত
৮. আপনার অধিকার
আপনি যেকোনো সময় জানতে চাইতে পারেন আমাদের কাছে আপনার কী তথ্য আছে,
ভুল থাকলে ঠিক করাতে পারেন, অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলতে বলতে পারেন,
বা মার্কেটিং ইমেইল বন্ধ করতে পারেন।

৯. নিরাপত্তা
সাইটটি HTTPS এ চলে, অ্যাকাউন্ট পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে সুরক্ষিত, আর পেমেন্টের
পুরো দায়িত্ব লাইসেন্সপ্রাপ্ত গেটওয়ের। ইন্টারনেটে কোনো মেথডই শতভাগ
নিরাপদ না, তাই আমরা যুক্তিসঙ্গত ব্যবস্থা নিই কিন্তু নিরঙ্কুশ নিশ্চয়তা দিতে

আমাদের কোর্স প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের জন্য, অথবা অভিভাবকের তত্ত্বাবধানে
শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য। ১৩ বছরের কম বয়সীদের কাছ থেকে আমরা জেনেশুনে
তথ্য নিই না।
১১. পরিবর্তন
এই নীতি সময়ে সময়ে আপডেট হতে পারে। উপরে তারিখ দেখে বুঝবেন কবে
শেষ বদলেছে। বড় কোনো পরিবর্তন হলে রেজিস্টার্ড ইউজারদের ইমেইলে জানাবো।
